Every shipment we handle is assigned a tracking ID the moment your booking is confirmed. That ID stays with your vehicle through eight status stages, from Booking Confirmed to Delivered.
Unlike live GPS pings, our tracking updates at key checkpoints: pickup, loading, transit start, destination arrival, and out-for-delivery. This keeps the information accurate rather than showing a moving dot that may not reflect real conditions.
You can check your status anytime on our Tracking page using just the tracking ID sent to you by SMS or WhatsApp after booking.
